第一天

8:00 a.m.         

高尔夫球场的开球时间到了 Rolling Green Country Club! Locals and visitors to 绿河 are encouraged to golf at this private 18-hole course! You’ll be golfing along the 绿河, so watch for moose, deer, waterfowl and antelope. This mature and exceptionally groomed golf course is located three miles west of 绿河 off of I-80. Rolling Green also has a learning center that includes putting greens and 高尔夫练习场.

10:00 a.m.  

出发骑行. Accessed on the southeastern side of 绿河, the 威尔金斯峰步道系统 是广泛的. 深受当地人喜爱, this trail system is well-maintained and boasts magnificent views of the area’s unique landscape. Warm up your legs on the lower-elevation and easier trails along the 绿河, like heading out on the 10 Ring trail and looping back on the Channel Surfing trail. 然后, get your heart racing on the labyrinth of single-track trails on the peak’s western face, such as Brent and Mikes and Quick Draw. For technical riding, hit up the aptly-named 4.选择你的毒药.

12:00 p.m.

1:30 p.m.        

Cool off in the afternoon and kayak the 绿河. Located in the heart of the city, the 绿河 Whitewater Park and Tubing Channel offers not only the easiest access around, but also the most options for cooling off. Take the southern channel which includes Castle Falls, a significant whitewater plunge suited for kayakers. Hone your skills by navigating through the eight compressed-air gates that hang over the rapids. A short walk to return to the top of the falls means you can spend a whole afternoon repeating the run.

5:00 p.m.          

访问 Don Pedros Mexican Family Restaurant 吃晚饭. This local favorite has been serving authentic, home-style Mexican food since 1995.

第二天

7:30 a.m.       

开球时间，第二部分. White Mountain Golf Course offers the public 27 fun-filled holes, 高尔夫练习场, 设备齐全的专卖店, clubhouse and concession stand, 高尔夫球车, and golf lessons by appointment — not that you’ll need them. Check out the course's other amenities including a small fishing/boating lake, 球场综合体, 美丽的园景场地, duck pond and large parking areas.

11:30 a.m.       

Nourish your mind and body with a hearty meal at 圣达菲西南烧烤店 because the afternoon is full of adventure!

1:00 p.m.         

徒步穿越 Killpecker 沙丘 and Leucite Hills. The Leucite Hills are the remains of volcanic flows from these Pleistocene eruptions. The presence of the Leucite Hills created a gap through which the prevailing westerly winds funnel. These winds are strong enough to carry sand and gravel. As the winds blow through the Leucite Hills, the sand collects in large sand dunes. These dunes can reach heights of over 100 feet and run for more than 100 miles from west to east. The area around the Killpecker Dune Field is home to a herd of rare desert elk, found nowhere else in North America. 从石泉，把你带走.S. 191 about 10 miles to the north. Turn right at CR 4-18 (at the sign that reads Petroglyphs, 沙丘, 野猪牙), and then turn left at CR 4-17. This is a true “off the grid experience” and cell service is limited! Make sure you have extra water and a high-clearance, four-wheel-drive vehicle. Let someone know where you are headed and when you plan to return.

5:30 p.m          

晚餐时间: Bitter Creek Brewing Company 在石泉. Have a burger and a cold brew, you deserve it!

第三天

7:30 a.m.         

It’s time to hit the water! 出发去 火烈峡乡村.

8:30 a.m.        

Drop a line, hike, raft or boat at Dutch John. 在…的深水中 火烈峡水库, record-size lake and brown trout can be caught. The stretch of water along the 绿河 downstream of the dam is legendary — both for its goliath-sized trout and its scenic beauty. Talk about options for recreation and fun!

11:00 a.m.      

转到 Flaming Gorge Lodge and Resort 吃午饭. The civilized way to enjoy the great outdoors.

12:30 p.m.        

然后到 Red Canyon 游客中心 to see the exhibits or hike the canyon rim. There’s also horseback riding, mountain biking and fishing. 选择是无穷无尽的!

3:30 p.m.      

启程前往 岩石弹簧. Be on the lookout for big horn sheep, antelope, elk, deer, moose, waterfowl, raptors and much more!

5:30 p.m.         

Finish the day with a delicious dinner at the Sapporo Japanese Steakhouse 在石泉.
